Pricing and currency

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated at checkout where it applies to your delivery country. Import duties, where charged by your customs authority, are the recipient's responsibility. Prices and promotions can change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where there is a stock issue, a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an address we cannot ship to.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store card details.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you supplied; if tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, tell us within 7 days and we will open a carrier claim.

Guarantee and returns

Our 90-day money-back guarantee and returns process form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights in your country apply in addition to them and are not limited by them.

Product use and claims

IonDrops is a household shower filtration and flow accessory for cold and hot mains water. It is not a drinking-water purifier, not a water softener, and not a medical device — we make no medical or health claims, and nothing on this site should be treated as medical advice. Performance figures such as reduced water use and improved felt pressure are design targets compared with a standard shower head; actual results vary with your plumbing, incoming pressure and local water quality. Install as described in the instructions; do not modify the product or use it with pressures outside normal domestic supply.

Intellectual property

The IonDrops name, site content, images and copy are owned by us and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
