Information we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, billing address and shipping address, entered at checkout.
- Payment details: entered directly into the payment form and processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Support messages: anything you email us, kept with your order record.
- Basic usage data: aggregate page and device information used to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To process payment, ship your order and provide tracking
- To handle support requests, returns and guarantee claims
- To calculate applicable sales tax, VAT or GST for your country
- To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe — payment processing, tax calculation and fraud prevention.
- Shipping and fulfilment partners — receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel.
- Email provider — sends order confirmations and tracking notifications.
Marketing email
If you opt in, we may email occasional product and filter-reminder updates. Every message has an unsubscribe link and opting out never affects your order or guarantee.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent records are deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@getiondrops.com and we respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or state privacy laws such as the CCPA.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and checkout to function, plus limited analytics cookies. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may prevent checkout from completing.
