How to use it

Email support@getiondrops.com with your order number. We send a return address and RMA reference within one business day, and refund within 2 business days of the item arriving. Full detail on the returns page.

The limits, stated plainly

• Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
• Original shipping is refunded only on damaged, faulty or incorrect orders.
• Used replacement cartridges are consumable and are not refunded separately.
• The guarantee applies to orders placed on this site — not to marketplace or reseller purchases we cannot verify.

Warranty against defects

Beyond the 90 days, manufacturing defects such as a cracked housing or failing seal are covered for 12 months from delivery. Send a photo and we will replace the part or the head.
