Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Typical transit times after dispatch:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and public holidays can extend them.
Tracking
You get an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link by email once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.
Taxes and customs duties
Prices are in USD. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies to your delivery country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Some countries additionally charge import duty on delivery, which is set by your local customs authority and is the recipient's responsibility.
Addresses and delivery problems
- Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot change it once a parcel ships.
- Undeliverable parcels returned to us are refunded minus the shipping cost.
- If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier claim.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo of the parcel and product and we will replace it.
Countries we cannot ship to
We ship to most countries but exclude destinations where delivery is unreliable or restricted by sanctions. If your country is unavailable in the checkout address list, we unfortunately cannot deliver there.
